It is a larger Curry's store with better stock and range. I'd recommend doing research online and either coming in store to check the item physically, like a fridge, or to buy smaller items. This is because the staff seem to be busy and you won't get too much attention to make an informed decision. Their prices are well matched and I wouldn't worry about getting most items cheaper online from other retailers. And they recycle any electrical items for free that you drop off there! Overall, a great shop with rooms for improvements.

At the start services really poor, waited for someone to serve us for 45 minutes once we asked again for help a boy named Clayton was very cheeky and the energy towards us was shocking. Even though it's the managers son customer service should had been a lot more better. But not all bad as Nicole was amazing really pulled it back

I recently bought a TV at discounted price that I am very happy with. Sadly, the service from the staff in store was lacking. Overall, the staff seemed clueless and completely disinterested. I had to inform the salesman, who eventually came to assist me after 15 minutes despite the store being virtually empty, what the model number of the TV in front of him was as he did not seem to know how to use a QR code. Rather than take the payment from me, the assistant on the checkout told me to stand by the door. I still don’t know why he did so, presumably he couldn’t be bothered to take my money. Neither of these two employees could be bothered to help me take the TV to my car, thankfully another one did and was much more helpful.

What's the point of having a nice store if it has no staff - most of the employees need to be fired. Last week, in the afternoon, I wanted to buy a refrigerator there, first I looked for half an hour, no one approached me, and then the store staff pretended not to see me for the next 120 minutes. I gave up on the purchase and went to another store.

They have a lot of products. The price is okay... could be better, could be worse. Service isn't that great the two times I've been there. I've seen sales people congregate with each other so they are hard to find sometimes. I'm not sure if it's because they are trying to provide a pressure free shopping environment or not. However, when I was able to find and ask for assistance, they were helpful.

Customer service was really good and was told about all extra software i could add to my laptop. However, this took over an hour. I waited 20 minutes for service and was in conversation for an hour and 15 minutes. I did want to just buy the laptop with no extra features. So much blabbering on If you know what you want and just want to purchase an item i would recommend ordering for collection Dont let them take you round the whole shop .

Went in asked for a DVD player was shown a selection chose the one I wanted and off home. At home I find I needed a cable to connect the device to the TV. Cannot really blame the sales person at Curry's but had he asked me if I needed a cable to connect the dvd to the TV I would have said Oh yes please.Never mind at 73 I am somewhat forgetful another trip and I will be happy.

If you have cash and the item is out of stock, do not agree to buy their gift card, what to order with it, in case of a system error, you will find yourself without money and order. You will have to wait for the money to be returned to the gift card, which you did not need, but you can only order from it. This way you will have to go to currys again when or if the money is returned. Thanks currys, I found something to do before Christmas.
