On the day we visited (Sunday) to purchase a new TV they were short staffed and we had to wait a while to be served . Once an assistant was available they were extremely helpful in showing and advising us on the various models we were interested in, even helping us secure a discount using the Blue Light discount card. overall a rather more pleasant experience than what I was expecting.

Some good deals Nice and clean and tidy Very polite staff always willing to help, if they haven't got they will check which other store has it.

No staff around to assist, I was left at the counter waiting to pay for over 10 minutes. People served in front of me N the cashier checked my 250 cash payment 4 times as they had forgotten how to deal with cash! Not going bad, poor customer service

I have purchased an item from the store which was supposed to be delivered at the store in 5 days, I contacted curry’s to confirm if the order was delivered or not since it’s been well over a week. They just passing me around to different departments without any help

They need to figure out how to actually use the tills. I came just to buy a gift card, which they already weren't happy about for some reason, then when I wanted to pay in cash the worker sighed and took my cash, and he said he needed to go get some. It's like they don't have cash . Customer service is not the best. The actual store seems ok, but they need more tills, and every till needs to have cash. I'm not sure why they don't have cash anyways, as they don't just sell large electronics, they sell many tech accessories which probably are paid in cash. Also, I looked around the store, and the prices for the laptops, pcs and other electronics were decent, however the accessories are really overpriced compared to eBay or Amazon. Not a great store, but it's ok if you want to buy some tech.

Luckily I knew what I wanted when I went in store. Item was not on display. This is a good company with excellent products but if the assistant was any more laid back, he would have been asleep!

Currys are the single worst company I have ever dealt with for customer service, I have an £860 voucher to purchase 2 Apple Watches, I ordered them to the Blackburn store to collect on Monday, I waited for my collection email but never got it, after 4 days I checked my curry's account to be told the items had been cancelled due to no stock, no refund to my gift voucher, the items are still available online so clearly they are letting people order items they don't have every single day, I have since contacted the customer service team 😂 as if, to be promised a refund urgently, no one has ever come back to me, I then made an official complaint on Friday and was again promised a message back but yet again no contact and no refund. This has now been going on for three weeks and absolutely none of this is my fault, I will never ever be buying anything from them ever again and they still owe me a refund of £858, they are a joke and I would advise people not to trust a word they say, I have now been promised by 10 separate curry's staff that they would fix this problem and I still in exactly the same position as I was a month ago
