10-18-2023 04:25Well, I'm not sure about some of the negative reviews! Probably the best and quickest experience of rental pick up I've ever had! In less than 10 minutes I was in the car. Car was clean, full tank and ready to go! Both counter staff were very efficient, professional and friendly......with a special mention to Amit who was a pleasure to deal with. Return was hassle free, with yet another excellent staff member.........A 5 star service from pick up to drop off!

05-24-2023 19:05The worst experience I have ever had renting a car, please avoid avis or budget (same company), they must use some high tech government super computer database to check your details and if they don't match on their system you will not receive a car. They will throw every excuse at you, such as electoral register, rental home, I've lived at my address most of my life yet they couldn't match up the details. Showed them several IDs but none were acceptable, I would gladly pay extra elsewhere than face incompetent staff with their incompetent computer database. I got heated when he asked me to leave because his computer said no. Did not have this problem with their northern Ireland branch but they told me it was a franchise. Will never rent from Budget/Avis again.
