I went through the drive thru last night after work (around 8:40pm), I waited at the speaker to take my order for nearly 10 minutes before my order was taken, then drove round to the window, was told my wings would take 6 minutes or I could have a mini fillet instead, which was fine, I said I’d take the mini fillet, I then sat there for over 20 minutes for my food! I asked what was going on for a guy to then appear with a bag of food, ‘here’s your food’ and then walk off… I got home and my order was WRONG… I ordered a fillet tower box meal and got a burnt fillet burger. The worst KFC I’ve ever visited!

I ate in the restaurant last weekend, the service and food was good however, when I went to use the toilet, it was very smelly and looked like it needed a clean, there wasn't hand soap in the dispenser either so I just used hand sanitizer that I had in my vehicle. Unfortunately I won't be in a rush to return to this KFC restaurant but never say never...I just hope you can fix these little errors for your future customers 🙂

As KFC goes its not bad, place is looking tired and grubby. Surfaces sticky !! Food was hot, chicken hot wings were very overdone almost burnt so ended up throwing them. Fries awful as always from KFC. My best advice is go when it's busy, best chance of freshly cooked chicken, if its quiet I suggest go elsewhere Attended again today, surfaces still sticky !! Come one KFC !! Very very slow service, 25 mins from order to collection, staff all very young though..

We arrived at prime tea time tonight and ordered a shed load of chicken. After 20 minutes waiting, the Manager came out, explained there had been an issue, thanked us for waiting patiently and said he would refund our bill and give us the food for free! I was impressed that they recognised the customers were waiting and did something proactive about it. Got home with the takeaway and everything was there, in perfect condition. Great work, 👍

We pulled into the drive thru in Pride Park and as we were looking at the menu a massive rat just walked across and sat in the middle of the drive thru then went under the fence where the bins are. Then the guy came on the speaker and said 'what can I get you'. We said sorry one second just deciding, and he let out the biggest dramatic sigh we've ever heard that we burst out laughing. We just drove straight out- between rats and attitude no thank you.

The Zinger burger I had tasted a little cool (it was cooked but not hot). The salad was fresh. The Zinger rice was nice. It came with options of coleslaw instead of fries which was good but we wanted sweetcorn but they had sold out. The hot chocolate was nice and the mix for the diet coke was good. The popcorn chicken was nice. The queue moved well in the drive thru.

Food was barely warm . Only the gravy was hot. Freezing weather outside and not much warmer inside. Didn't feel very welcoming.

I'm gutted that KFC has gone so badly downhill. Orders never arrive 100% correct and what is going on with the taste? Everything seems either really bland, or burnt, or swimming in oil. That's it for me. No more KFC in Derby. At least not until they've given the whole place a good shake up. Thanks, but no thanks.
