11-18-2023 15:50Just stayed at the Corona for 4 nights while visiting family in London, Central location is great for sightseeing. The staff are very helpful, friendly and nothing is too much bother for them. The hotel is clean, bedrooms clean and comfortable we had a family room which was a very good size. Breakfast has everything you could want, hot food, cheeses, meats and fruit, pastries, cereals, jams, tea, coffee and juice. A very enjoyable visit and we will be back. Thank you all.

11-09-2023 12:02Pros: The location is great and gives a strong sense of safety. The room is basic but comfortable. Although it might not offer a spacious layout, it aligns with the typical standard for accommodations in London and at that price point. Pimlico station is conveniently situated just a 5-minute walk away, making it easy to access major attractions. If you like to walk, attractions like Hyde Park and Westminster Abbey can also be accessed on foot. Additionally, there is a bus stop located just 2 minutes away from the hotel, providing excellent connectivity to various destinations. While the Best Western Corona does not have its own restaurant, there are numerous dining options available in the vicinity, including pubs. Furthermore, if you plan on travelling by coach or need to catch a train to Gatwick Airport, Victoria station is a convenient 10-minute walk away. I personally found the hotel to be quiet, allowing for a restful night's sleep. Cons: There weren't many significant issues to note, although it could be considered a bit pricey considering the amenities provided. However, it's important to keep in mind that this is central London, where prices tend to be higher. One minor inconvenience was the absence of body lotion, which I expected to be a basic amenity, but unfortunately, they had run out of it during my stay.

07-26-2023 09:44In a nice area with a few outside and restaurants around. Near to a local station. Check if your room is near the lift as my head board was near the lift and you hear it every time it opens and closes. The hotel was noisy within due to unruly guests fighting but no noise from outside. The breakfast was OK. English breakfast and continental.

06-13-2023 01:52The rooms are so small two people can't move in the room. The area around the bed was the width of a backpack. Rooms were not soundproof. People above us were up all night and kept us awake. The street is very busy with people and vehicles. Noise outside didn't settle till about midnight and started again at 4am. Bathroom had the most basic of poor quality products. Toilet paper was extremely rough. The towels were very well worn and twice the size of a hand towel.

04-10-2023 23:30Clean comfortable basic room. Great location close to Pimlico Underground Station with lots of restaurants close by. Good breakfast with sausage, ham, eggs, u0026 potatoes. . The room is small but that's typical of European standards. WiFi was good. There's a radiator for heat, a fan, a window that opens, but no A/C. Not that London needs A/C often.
