O'Neills Sports Superstore Belfast

Friendly and helpful staff. First shop located within the Kennedy centre beside sainsbury's. Sales on and plenty upstairs also. Car park right outside.

Went into the Belfast Store today, not one member of staff had either a mask or exemption lanyard on. I left without making any purchases and won't be back. Shocking example during a pandemic.

Appalling customer service. It's like they've just grabbed randos off the street and thrown red t-shirts on them and expect them to run a store with zero training, knowledge or charm.

Called store regarding a pe kit girl was very helpful and said she had a few tops and socks she could leave over for me but no shorts we would need to order online.happy enough with this went to pick up served by a very helpful assistant who brought out 2 tops socks and shorts very pleased about this as i dont hve to order online thought this was very efficient assistant at till very nice and pleasant overall a very good experience at O'Neills

Ordered a Down Top 3 weeks ago told it was in store travelled from Newcastle tonight,staff couldn’t find it after 20 mins!! Got my money back but really disappointed! What’s going on in there I know staff in Strabane work very hard to supply stores sales/manger needs training!!

Absolute great experience shopping in O'Neills. Service was brilliant. Aoibhin espically. Her knowledge of the tops, teams and equipment was brilliant. I was able to get things for myself and my son. So happy with my service and will definitely be back ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great range of products, lots of parking. A little expensive for some items, great value for others. Staff were very knowledgeable in relation to the huge variety of products available. Plenty of parking. Lots of retail options in the shopping centre including supermarkets. The main Falls Rd from the shops can be very congested at peak times even through recent improvements have been made to the nearby junctions.

Worst customer service I've come across in 25 years.Two members of staff couldn't care less and downright ignorant. Amazed this place is still open. Complete opposite to the professionalism of the Craigavon store. Will never set foot in this place again.
