Been a customer at this vet for years. Never had any issues. Since Medivet took over the services is terrible. Be careful of anyone who is a member of this vet, hidden charges and when questioned they refuse to help and just want the money. Don’t seem interested in keeping clients. Be aware of Sarah Mark, the lead vet, she will advise your pet needs a check up after check up (not advise you there is a cost to this) without providing a helpful service. I complained the Sarah and I received a letter back asking me to sign up to another vet. Asked for a face to face meeting the she declined, clearly not interested in constructive feedback which is a shame.

A very friendly and caring vets They took there time to examine our pet then explaining the diagnosis i would definately recommend them

As always, very nice staff, the vet I saw was really informative and offered different options for the illness of my dog. It was easy to make an appointment that was convenient for myself.
