Always use this place for tyres, first class service. Staff very knowledgeable. Order your tyre/s the day before if you have a 4x4 or an unusual size. Highly recommend their services to family and friends.

Ordered tyres through Blackcircles and had them fitted at Protyre due to proximity to my work address. Staff were very cheerful and professional. Tyre fitting was very quick and to a high standard. Will definitely use them again.

booked my car in for MOT and service very easily online, a very reasonable deal when booking both together. The guys at Protyre Bristol were really friendly and helpful. Dave was lovely, he called me to tell me my car would pass the MOT, but their brake machine wasn't registering so he couldn't pass it until the machine was fixed. Dave called me 4 days later to say the machine was working, so he rebooked my car in for MOT. I did actually need new wiper blades, they managed to replace the driver side blade, but couldn't get hold of a nearside blade, which meant the MOT failed. Dave said that if I could get a blade fitted by 5pm and bring my car back in, he could pass it. I did get a blade fitted, took my car back, and my MOT certificate was issued. They didn't charge me for the blade they fitted as they said I'd been messed around - I would've happily paid, but appreciated their gesture. The MOT guy was lovely too, I didn't get his name. My overall experience was positive and I will definitely be back next year, or sooner when I need new tyres!

Pretty good while you wait. Needed 4 tires. Arrived 8:40 and left 11:20 so quite a long wait but I'd only booked the prior day and they'd kindly squeezed me in and they seemed really busy and did apologise for the long morning. Phones were always answered and any questions I had addressed right away. I could have gotten the same 4 tires £95 less elsewhere, but just not this quick. Would definitely use again and do highly recommend.

I asked if they would fit used tyres on my bike, unfortunately that's not something they do. So I ordered tyres for my Motorbike the day before, I turned up with just the rims and they got me in for 8:30 the next morning. Had a great chat with the motorbike technician there, really friendly guy that knew his stuff. It was great to see the tyres go on while I was there. I had my rims freshly painted so they were very careful when putting the new tyres on and balancing the wheels. After he helped me carry the wheels to my car. Overall very happy with the service and would 100% for new motorcycle tyres.

I was told both my track rod end pinch bolts were seized when i came in asking for a front end alignment, took my car home the same day, being a mechanic i thought i’d see how badly they were seized, couldn’t see any evidence of the ‘seized track rod ends’ being attempted to be removed, both the pinch bolts, securing bolts and locking nuts were not seized in the slightest. wouldn’t recommend you take your vehicle there for anything other than inflating a tyre if they struggled with a track rod. they also attempted to sell me replacement parts at 80, parts i did not need as the vehicle tracking was carried out at a friends garage with ease. I expect a generic reply to this email from head office with a contact email asking for more details so to make it seem like they take these things seriously.

ent to your place and changed all 4 tires. I wanted the geometry to be done as well because that's how it's normal. How can I be told he can't do geometry when he can't. Good people, we are in the 21st century. If I knew the quality of your services, I wouldn't even buy the tires from you. Good to know for the future. Deplorable.
