Placed an order Monday, said they would send out Tuesday, chased it up on Thursday and they haven't even got the part, didn't bother letting me know, will be recommending this company to my Father in Law who i cant stand.

I never recommend anyone.because I buy a car wheel hub with barring from this seller, but they gave me the wrong one. When I went back there within 1 hours then they refused to refund my money and even they don’t exchange my car parts. I am very disappointed with their customer service. I would not recommend them to anyone. And staff are full of attitude. So I never recommend anyone to this place. Very bad customer service 😭.

Got a part for my car which didn’t work. Drove nearly 1h to get there. Upon arrival, the male workers set a very uncomfortable atmosphere. He did not let my friend get a word in edgeways. They said they don’t do refunds and this is in their policy. My friend who picked up the part 3 days ago was initially was told we could refund. He made her feel like she was lying. He offered me a credit note instead which is pretty pointless as I would never go back there. He made a few sarcastic comments like “well spotted” “your mechanic has wasted all of our times” etc. I would avoid this place at all cost. They lack in customer service skills and need to make their returns policy more known. They are very quick to sell you an Item and take the money. But long out the aftermath of returns and refunds. I eventually said I did not want the credit note and left. Please avoid at all cost!

Superb customer service and friendly staff. Not to mention amazing prices for parts that would've costed me 100's.

Bought a front subframe from them based on my reg number. The seller assured me it will fit and will pass an MOT. When it arrived it obviously wasn't the same as my original subframe and is in poor condition. My mechanic says he was willing to try to fit it, but will charge me 3 hours labour. But no guarantees it will fit. I have asked for a full refund, but they've stopped replying to messages. PayPal dispute open. Look at the other bad reviews and AVOID.

Husband went today (Sunday) for a rear quarter window for his mums mark 4 golf..no issues had exactly what he needed would use again and would recomend..

Went to a few scrap yards for wheel nuts for my car and Au0026C Auto Salvage were the only ones who had it for my car, speedy good service. Definitely coming back for any parts I may require in the future.
