Had good hopes at first as they Seemed to know their stuff. Unfortunately I had to keep chasing them up to find out when it would be ready. 1 day turned into 2, then 3, then next week and so on. My real gripe was the fact that after further fault finding I find out the parts ive jusy paid for and had fitted were not the problem. Then a part they fitted was faulty so had to be sent away to be fitted. After almost bankrupting me with the bill, I asked about a refund for parts that didn't need to be replaced. They said they would get back to me. A few phone calls and still fobbed off. Absolutely gutted the way I have been mugged off. First review I have even bothered to write. I may not have got my money back but it feels better to know that someone might read this and give them a wide berth! Stay away... my car goes to the main dealer now. Paying more but for the peace of mind it's worth it. Ive even had work done for free in good will because I wasn't happy with a certain job which is more then I can say for this company. I liked the fella on reception as well, just a shame it fell down from there on. If you want your car to dissappear for days on end with false promises then go here. If you want your car fixed with no hassle for albeit higher premium, go to the main dealer. You get what you pay for. After scratching their heads for 2 weeks getting me to fork out for work that didnt need doing, the dealership fixed it in a day. Lesson learned unfortunately. Update 2019: The fact that they have not even bothered to respond to this review says it all really.

Contacted Cu0026R enterprises by phone after looking at their website, very helpful and knowledgeable staff. This company has been around for a long time and are usually very competitive on price and have some hard to find items.

Went to them with a hesitation issue on my Golf. They charged me £100 to tell me that they couldn't find any issue. I noticed it still there the moment I left their premises after collecting my car. They spent approximately 1 hour on my car and were more interested in telling me my clutch was heavy rather than what I had taken it in for. This morning I found the fault on the Golf myself - a faulty PCV valve - they stated on my £100 invoice all was in order! Don't use them they are incompetent and very expensive, complete waste of time considering they brag about how knowledgeable they are...

Having booked my car in with Parkway Volkswagen Derby for intake valve carbon cleaning only to be called and told there was nothing wrong with it and if I did want to go ahead it would be 10 hours labour at main dealer prices I quickly looked around for an alternative and found these guys, on the back of great reviews from Volkswagen forum members I decided to call them up and was immediately put at ease by one of their Technicians who happily talked me through the process of what needed to be done and that it's something they deal with often. The bill came in much lower than I expected and my car has been spot on from cold so to say i'm a satisfied customer is an understatement. Highly recommended.

Avoid, these good reviews must be fake. I placed an order online and it said 2 day delivery. Didn't send me no tracking or any details so rang up after a week and the guy said he will transfer me and then hung up so left a voicemail and nothing. So few days later i sent an email and they still didn't respond i even asked for a refund if it was because they're out of stock. Also noticed they increased price of the item i purchased on their site so had to get paypal involved to get me a refund before the time frame what paypal give is up

Excellent VW garage. Really good communication about faults, repair times and costs (no nasty surprises). Wide range of repairs undertaken including electrical issues. Friendly staff.

Fantastic garage, very knowledgeable and reasonably priced for the level of quality you get, if you ever have an issue with a VW group vehicle, safe yourself the hassle and go to Steve first!
