10-20-2023 01:48It's good to find the selection of alternative shops in Grainger Market without having to leave the main shopping area. Plenty of choice here, with food shops, clothing and hardware. For example, enjoy the taste of India at Snackwallah, try the French treats from the French Oven, look for gifts or buy clothing. It's all under cover so you can keep warm and dry while you browse and shop.

07-29-2023 07:58This is a small closed roof market where you can find local bakers, Indian foods, local coffee vendors, apparel and jewellery counters. Best place to spend some time in a vibrant place with food enthusiasts...do visit this place. Double yolk eggs are also available. Rest room available. It is adjacent to Victoria arcade. If you like my review pl don't forget to like it.

06-10-2023 06:25It is one of the most interesting and authentic attractions in this city to me. Locating in the city centre and opening from Monday to Friday, you can access here without any difficulty. As a Grade I listed building built in 1835, you will have strong traidtional and nostalgia feelings from its architecture. According to Newcastle Government website, there are over 100 small businesses and self employed independent traders. For example, there are shops selling meat, fish, plantations, clothings and even health products. Besides, you can also find Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Indian street food and even hand craft beer here. Thanks for the great work of frontline staff, the environment is clean, neat and tidy. I really enjoy the atmosphere of local community and supporting small business. Highly recommended!

05-27-2023 04:14The staff who managed my booking, Ashley, was very diligent in following up with an arrival time slots re-arrangement when we were running behind. When we arrived we were promotly and swiftly arranged the private ride. We were fortunate to have Ben as our punter, as he was very knowledgeable and has the history of Cambridge at his finger tips. He was humourously peotic and a little theatrical when he described the finer details of each college's glorious pasts u0026 presents. Thoroughly enjoyed the high quality ride. Will choose Scholars next time again for sure.

05-26-2023 09:47Large historic market in the middle of Newcastle. Beautiful building. A large variety of stalls, shops and produce on sell from food to clothes to pet supplies. Lots of places to grab a bite to eat or a cup of tea or coffee. Visited twice, on a Saturday and Monday, and was bustling both times

05-01-2023 19:37Went there a week ago and having been here in the past before COVID it was noticeable how many shops u0026 stalls are no longer there and that was disappointing. Still a lot of interesting stalls with plenty of different products at reasonable prices. The market wasn't especially busy and so browsing wasn't an issue.

03-28-2023 08:44The roof has been restored to a fantastic level. Great of shops in here, not so many of the traditional ones as there used to be. Like butchers and greengrocers but still some. Fantastic place to go for street food such a diverse selection. Don't forget in the Grainger Market is the smallest Marks u0026 Spencer store. No Greggs stottyrama these days though, probably showing my age with saying that.
