10-08-2023 14:22Pros: Great value IF you get a takeaway box. For a fiver you really do get a lot of food (of decent quality), more than enough to fill even a big guy like me up. Cons: Cash Only. The staff there are about as friendly as an angry hornet. If you have a question to ask them, just don't. Also don't walk in the restaurant to look at what food they have as they don't like that either. I mean who even needs to look at a menu before ordering food, right? The store is about as well decorated as a prison cell (and not the Sweedish kind), so don't expect any atmosphere. All that being said, the takeaway boxes DO slap. Don't pay 9 quid to eat in, please just don't. There are other Chinese buffets in the area if you want to eat in. Also stay away from the sweet and sour chicken. Though I don't think you'll need me to tell you that after you see it.

09-28-2023 10:34Overall Experience - £10 for buffet, £5 for box takeaway 1. Box takeaway - dishes are mid, high value for its price, highly recommend to take more of stir fry pork, stir fry beef and spring rolls 2. Service - friendly staff 3. Serving time - 10 mins 4. Affordability - cheap 5. Atmosphere - clean, could be better if there’s more chair outside

07-29-2023 10:58From being asked to pay for my food and drink before I had even sat down at the table,to eating almost cold food with no flavours, I was very disappointed with this Mr wu's. I've eaten in various Mr wu's for 30 years around Chinatown and have always enjoyed the good value buffet but today I was very disappointed. Unfriendly staff just made a poor lunch even less enjoyable.
