10-15-2023 18:46I visited here with some friends to have brunch. We had the set menu and it was delicious! We had 3 courses plus cocktails. The food was fantastic! I had dim sum for starters, beef with rice and asparagus and a honeycomb pancake for dessert and enjoyed all of it. I also ordered squid on the side which was also delicious. The service was fantastic- our waiter and waitress were very warm, friendly and hospitable which made the experience better. And the food was hot and served in a timely manner. Would recommend and go again to try other dishes.

07-10-2023 15:40This place is amazing! At first I’m a bit skeptical and thought this place offer fusion style Cantonese food, but honestly every dishes i tried here is excellent. The food quality are great and the cooking is done well. I like every dishes I order, the only one I wouldn’t order again is the dessert—rum baba. My favorite is the rice noodle roll with shrimp inside, it is a traditional dim sum dishes and is hard to done right. But Yauatcha does it properly and delicately. I’ll be done to trying pecking duck next time.

06-05-2023 06:25I've been to Yauatcha in Soho a few times before for dim sum and desserts. Their desserts are truly outstanding - light, delicious, not overly sweet, and beautifully crafted. They change their styles every so often, often offering seasonal limited editions. 🥂 Yesterday, I went to the Yauatcha City branch behind Liverpool Street Station with my partner. The restaurant has a curved design, and the window seats offer a great view, making it perfect for a date or a chat with friends. 🐟🦆 Both Hakkasan and Yauatcha are restaurants under the Tao Group Hospitality umbrella. Both offer upscale Chinese cuisine, with their most famous signature dish being the Peking Duck with caviar. At Hakkasan, you need to order a whole duck, while at Yauatcha, you can order a half portion which is more budget-friendly and still satisfying for two people. 🦆Peking Duck with Prunier Caviar is a fusion of French Prunier caviar and crispy Peking duck skin. The thin layer of fat beneath the skin, along with duck meat, cucumber, spring onion, and duck pancakes, creates a burst of different textures and flavors with every bite. The saltiness of caviar, the richness of duck skin, the aroma of duck meat, the freshness of cucumber and spring onion, and the softness of duck pancakes all combine for an instantly delightful experience. 🥓 Additionally, the duck meat sautéed with pine nuts and fermented black beans wrapped in baby gem lettuce is also quite delicious. 🥟The Supreme Dim Sum platter includes several signature items: scallop shumai, seafood black truffle dumplings, prawn dumplings, wild mushroom dumplings, char siu buns, venison puffs, and mushroom spring rolls. 🍄Both the wild mushroom dumplings and mushroom spring rolls are infused with truffle oil, providing a delightful aroma. 🐱 Each dim sum has a thin, vegetable-colored skin and juicy, fresh fillings. They are incredibly satisfying to eat. 🦞Lobster dumplings contain large pieces of lobster meat with translucent dumpling skin adorned with bursting fish roe, making them incredibly flavorful. 🥗Sautéed pak choi with artichoke is accompanied by white shimeji mushrooms and carries a slight spiciness, perfectly cooked. 🍸We ordered two cocktails which were quite enjoyable. The neighboring table had a cocktail with a large green sphere; they ordered four more rounds of it, indicating it must be very tasty, though I'm unsure of its name. I might try it next time. 🍰The dessert selection offers six options, and for £25, you can choose five. I skipped one and went all-in on the rest. Yauatcha's desserts are truly impressive; each one is delectable without being overly sweet, delivering a delightful surprise with every bite.

05-17-2023 15:44Extortionate prices (please don't try an defend £30 for a quarter of Crispy Duck) though great food and service. So I would go again - but only as a treat - which is a real shame! £217 for 2 adults and a half adult... with no alcohol and really not overeating. The Milky Tea is delicious... no milk/dairy but just the scent of creamy-ness that I have never had. Dim Sum is superb, Duck was great with brilliant staples like crispy squid and softshell crab. Okra fries were a bit greasy and could do with more spice in the batter. One dessert was great (Lemon) but the others were claggy and muddled... but sounded and looked amazing. Sadly, they no longer serve chicken feet! Service was super... until it got busy then we felt we were waiting forever.

02-21-2023 06:43The food was incredibly tasty, though some of it deviated slightly from authenticity. Nevertheless, the flavors were delightful and left me satisfied. Additionally, the service was wonderful, with the staff being attentive, friendly, and going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant dining experience. Overall, it was a highly enjoyable visit, thanks to the delicious cuisine and excellent service.
