Great choice for eggless cakes. All cake flavours are yummy.. Price is not higher side but worth it. Friendly staff.

Red velvet pastry cake. A small piece but big blast of red velvet flavour. Must recommend for small celebrations and it’s pocket friendly also!!!!

I purchased cake from this shop twice. I had bad experience both the time. I ordered a vanilla flavor 6 cake and 2 pastry pieces hazelnut and vanilla. Both the cake and pastries were awful. It was dry , doesn't even taste like cake.They don't have much choices in the flavors. There was only chocolate and vanilla flavor. You can chose based on the poor decorations they've done. It's just a wastage of money. The staff was also not that welcoming. Definitely won't suggest to anyone. The cake we purchased from Tesco is far better!

Not at all as good as the one on the Melton road. Berry on the fruit cake was bitter, oreo cake was undercooked. I knew something was fishy when customer could hear staff being unprofessional at the back. Low quality, bad taste, not worth the money today. Next time melton road!

Avoid like the plague !!!! Just been in this shop for my partners cake for his Birthday. Decided to have a variety of slices. The women came from back eating with her hands and wad about to serve me without washing her hands and her mouth full of food. She had glasses on. I refused to be served by her. Will never buy from this shop again. Cannot rate lower than a 1. Disgusting. especially when Covid is still around. Talk about unhygienic

My wife has just brought the cake from cake box Narborough road, Leicester for my Birthday. When we cut the cake we found a hair inside. We really felt very disgusted. We tried calling the shop multiple times but no answer. There is no other options right now to get another cake due to Christmas Eve so our day has been totally ruined. Very unprofessional from this branch
