Mac Studio

A total SCAM, I wasted over £2000 and my daughters heart was broken. They managed to convince me that I had to pay for a portfolio there and then. Like any father, who wants to see their child happy, I paid. Nothing positive came from it, just financial loss and disappointment. These people will make you feel like you are special, until they have your money. Stay clear and go to a proper modelling agency (which they are not).

Plain and simple this place is a SCAM. Its bring your own clothes, pay a deposit and then get enticed to purchase the photos you took for the day at a hefty price. I was 19 and stupidly agreed to pay £1.5k for a portfolio which got me nowhere. The people working there clearly have no moral compass and twist your arm in every possible attempt to get you to hand over the money. Please, if you have recently booked to have a photoshoot, the safest thing you can do is turn up, ask for your deposit back and walk away. Totally SCAM... save your monies .... and your child's heartache 💔... loadsa promises noone will contact you.. nothing will come of this

They take great pictures but very unprofessional when I tried to ask a question the lady on the phone was rude and inconsiderate . She thought she knew all the answers to what I was saying so she was talking over me and not letting me speak my point and then thought I was talking over her but she was just impatient then tried to get out of the phone call by saying she couldn't hear me. They also charge you a lot with NO FORM of refund and I think that is unacceptable considering the amount of money your giving them, i've also been waiting a year. Most employees at this company think they are better than you which makes you feel very uncomfortable, they only person I liked was the man taking my pictures. They are not worth it plus there's other places you can go where you don't have to pay that much and get the same quality pictures and more help and communication. She said they don't call us because they don't have too. They are only after your money because you shouldn't have to pay so much for pictures even though she said they edit them which shouldn't even be allowed and they use sleek make up which isn't even expensive and said it pays for that aswell….I have friends that do professional pictures and videos they don't spend much to edit their pictures or video no matter how much. THEY ARE A BIG SCAM

Amazing u0026 helpful team, professional set-up, i had a lots of fun during my photo shoot, highly recommend the place. I had my pictures taken by Paul he was great engaging and helping during my shoot. Adam explained patiently and extensively my opportunities and chosen some amazing pictures for my portfolio. I could feel the whole team contributed towards my success. Thanks guys this was a great experience, i am very much looking forward to work with you again!

A con !! They covered something similar on Watchdog!! They are just after money !! No real agency asks for money from you ever!! Ignore all emails from them and don’t apply for work there! I Googled them after telling my mother about this and we both saw recent reviews about them being a scam !! When I cancelled the appointment it was a different chap who spoke to me and there was a lack of professionalism about him ! I cancelled my card with the bank and afterwards the agency called me and it was the original chap who spoke to me earlier he was very reluctant to answer my mothers questions about him conning females like me into work and soon became a bit angry So I don’t know if I will see my money again!! So misleading if you don’t know anything modeling agencies The company who is supposed to work with them is Jordan Model Network but it’s not a genuine company!! I’m angry with myself and them!!

Yes the photo shoot was a good experience for my daughter. However after arriving at 2.30pm for our 3pm appointment with our 13 year old. We finally left at 10pm. At 8 pm I asked how much longer it would take as we were told 10-15 over an hour ago. The assessor was then very brash. We will not be recommending Mac studio to anyone. This is not a agancy and are only after your money.

A big con! After giving you an impression of 5 stars agency, you will be pressured to pay a huge ammount of money for little quality photos. They are manipulative and lying about how you will get modelling contracts and make money quickly to cover you photoshooting costs. They give you the details of an online platform and leave you high and dry. The quality of the photos is incredibly low, with very poor details such as blue skin, shades, etc. When complained, they provided very low customer service. They only asked me to send the photograpies back and nobody ever replyed since. Just an honest advice: STAY AWAY!
