All my questions were answered without having to refer to any manuals, these guy's certainly know their way around their products. Also practical demos eg how to remove the rear wheel of a belt drive bike. Nothing was too much trouble a rare commodity nowadays. Thanks once again, and see you soon for the first bike service. The team emailed links to bikes we had discussed for us to look at. Purchase includes a service after 3 months too. The e-bikes on show are good quality - they basically stock bikes they know will last and serve well! Overall, a trustworthy, reliable and informative place to shop for an e-bike.
