EMERGENCY PLUMBER BRISTOL

Being an emergency I did not know what to expect, so was very pleased with communication, professionalism and promptness. Tony was a very courteous and polite young man and would recommend him without hesitation. An excellent job and would use again.

Amazing service, kind, helpful, friendly, efficient, reasonably priced and a very thorough job done, highly reccomend😊 I tried to remove a radiator by myself which quickly went wrong. Got great advice over the phone to try and fix it myself, and over WhatsApp where I could send pictures and details to help identify my problem. However I couldn't sort it, so they came over within 40 minutes, and capped off my radiator supply under my floorboards which was exactly what I needed. Highly recommended!

Fantastic service, came out within an hour of me calling. Sent pictures of the issue to their whatsapp. Payment was easy. Turns out we needed a new tap and he went straight out to buy it for us. The whole fix was seamless.

They charged us over £600 for a £30 job!! Stay well clear! Absolute rip off! We were in shock! They want you to agree a service contract, you do it cause it's an emergency and then they put on VAT, admin costs and 2 hours of work for a 10 min job and send you an enormous bill!! It's a big con! I know because I asked a couple of legit plumbers afterwards. Do NOT use them!

I had no hot water and needed an emergency plumber, called 4 local plumbers none of whom answered their phones!!! Called these guys and they answered within 3 rings. Spoke to him about the fault, he very very kindly talked me through a few steps to help get my boiler working. I’ve just had a nice hot shower, only took a 5min call and didn’t cost me anything. What a lovely thing to do. Also said they are available if anything further was to happen, so I would happily give them a call if I need a plumber in the future.

I had a problem with water leaking from my bathroom through to the room below so contacted these guys. I spoke to a really nice guy on the phone who was very honest to say it would be an expensive job for them to take out part of a wall to find the cause of the leak. So we agreed I would try to locate the leak myself. My partner and I managed to cut into the wall ourselves, find the leak and fixed it. I was really impressed with how he took the time to give me advice about what to do when knowing he wasn’t getting work out of me. Really honest and nice guy. I would definitely use him for real next time. It’s very rare to find someone who goes the extra mile.
