Fusion installed security cameras on my home. They were so polite, helpful and approachable. I'd recommend to anyone, really great service. I'll certainly be using them again for any electrical needs.

We used fusion for the electrical works at our new shop in Sunderland. The guys were polite, professional, responsive to messages and the work is of very high standard. Highly recommended

Booked an appointment with them 2 weeks in advance. Called the evening before the appointment to confirm the time of their visit. Said they’d let us know the next day. Next day told us it’ll be after lunch. Got a call at 1pm saying they’ve reached while we were at the bank. We said we’d be there soon and would really appreciate it if they stayed. They said ok. When we reached home they had left without informing us. Said we’d have to rebook an appointment now because we weren’t home. Poor communication and lack of flexibility. Would not recommend and will not be using again.

A great team of guys, Chris and Christian are always professional, tidy, quick and a great price. Highly recommended for commercial, rental and domestic work.

Replacement socket required as previous socket damaged. Chris replaced socket and also extended lead on washing machine to enable easier plug in. Excellent service received would highly recommend.
