I visited the clinic this afternoon and found it to be a really positive experience. The procedure was fully explained and carried out with care and skill. Really enjoyed seeing pictures of my ear before and after treatment. Well worth the money. Many thanks.

Fantastic consultation with Pras today - he really knows his stuff. Appointments are very easy to arrange online. Pras showed me live video of both ears before and after, explained everything in detail, offered advice, and resolved a problem that's been mounting for years in just a few minutes. The clinic itself is beautiful, and the receptionist very friendly and helpful. I wish all healthcare experiences were like this! Other practitioners in my experience have used older technology, required several visits, and it's been an ordeal. This is a revolutionary experience for me.

What a super efficient service. Receptionist welcoming/helpful and an enthusiastic Mr Fernando. Very informative pre and post procedure. It was a painless process too . All wax removed from both ears. Worth every penny of the £80. I would highly recommend this clinician and clinic.
