Honestly the deep dish pies are just something else! I've ordered a few times and been to visit her stall in various places and they never disappoint! Especially love the Crunchie one!

Gail created a beautiful baby shower cake for us. I sent her some photos of the sort of things I like, and she produced a truly beautiful and delicious raspberry and white chocolate cake. Friends and family loved it. She also baked some lovely eggless cupcakes in the same theme. Communication with Gail is always easy and she is so responsive. The process of pick-up and packing for transport was also really helpful.

If you haven’t tried Blissful Batter’s delights, they are an absolute must!! They are all gorgeous but faves are snicker tray bakes and raspberry and white choc blondies 👌

I came across Blissful Batter at a Christmas fair last year. It’s not very often that, one you find gluten-free treats and two that they taste this good!! From the brownies to the huge cookie dough sandwiches, these are simply amazing. I’ve ordered via their instagram and I’m looking forward to my next batch from one of their Christmas pop up markets. Highly recommend!!

Continuing my three year long obsession with blondies, when I tried Blissful Batter's White Chocolate u0026 Caramel Blondie, I have to say, out of over 50+ I have tried from different places, this one is the BEST I have ever tasted. Most blondies are over baked and crumbly, these are gooey with a crisp top, absolutely perfect in everyway. Highly recommended!

Ridiculously good! Honestly the deep dish cookie things are sent from heaven! Can’t recommend highly enough!! I mean the only downside is they clearly aren’t good for my waistline but ‘yolo’ 😂❤️
