Worst experience. Incompetent staff. I managed to book a service urgently needed that they refused to perform when I arrived since the appointment booking process was not followed properly by administrator.

I've had therapy for almost two whole years through The Priory, guided by Helen Gaynor. Through her, my life is totally changed. She is truly exceptional at her job - words cannot express the profound impact my therapy journey with her has had on my life. Over time, we built real trust and rapport to the point where we were discussing real topics and issues in my life that I had never discussed with anyone else. That is where the real magic of therapy takes place. I can honestly say that I wouldn't be where I am today without her guidance and unwavering support. She has been instrumental in helping me navigate life's hurdles and find a renewed sense of purpose and direction. I now feel more prepared than ever to tackle the roads ahead. If you are seeking a therapy, I wholeheartedly recommend The Priory and specifically working with Helen Gaynor. I am immensely grateful to them, and I will miss them very much. Although my therapy journey draws to a close, I hope to be back soon in the future.

Dr Villa listens and understands before recommending a treatment plan. The whole experience was professional. If you are able to go private it's a far better experience.
