TOOLSTATION BOLTON (170791)

I recently visited tool station in bolton It was pretty busy so I waited for my turn to get served I unfortunately got Deb to serve me she was very rude with me I took the cataloged to the counter and showed her the picture of what I wanted firstly she looked at me as though she wasn’t in any mood to serve me with no smile first thing she said read the numbers out if I could see the item numbers I would have filled a slip but with my poor eye sight I said I can’t see the item numbers So in a nasty way she said pass me the catalogue and point it out at me at that moment I said don’t speak to me in that manner then the so called manager must have over heard me and first thing he said she didn’t do anything wrong and while she went to get my order manager whet up to her and quietly said something and smiled at her these is the kind of customer service I got if you don’t have a proper Manager have can you have decent Staff saying that I’ve previously been there and there is a couple of staff there which are very helpful. Very disappointed 😔
