Tried this place out and was very impressed! Good value and lovely food, would recommend and will be back!

Love the food so far. Only dislike was having to pay £2 for bag of prawn crackers. Feel it would be good customer service to throw a bag in for every customer order, regardless of price.

Had a takeaway for the first time last night from Chow House and the food was absolutely delicious! So much food and just so tasty and not greasy - the young man answering the phones and serving at the front desk was doing such a great job too, for a busy Saturday evening - highly recommend this place and looking forward to enjoying a takeaway from there again soon :-) thank you for such lovely food and service

What a excellent place nicely layout very friendly staff,a licensed bar great place nice selection on the menu very quick service loads of space wheelchair access in the parking area it's worth a look if ya'll haven't food is very well presented, not bad prices.

First time I’ve ordered and I’m really impressed. Food was lovely, price was really good and the food was delivered 20 minutes after I ordered. The lady did say they were quiet but that’s really quick. Very happy with my order :-)

Kai the owner? Is a rude and obnoxious person with zero management skills Food paid for by phone, delivered by a very friendly courier. Food half eaten when the delivery driver returned asking for cash payment Not the delivery drivers fault Spoke to Kai for the second time who was extremely rude and aggressive. Cash paid in good faith and I informed Kai that I would take further action if my daughters bank account was charged again Cold food ended up in the bin. Kai, you need to go on a customer service course , shocking behaviour. Avoid Avoid!!!!

Best Chinese meal we’ve had in a long time - absolutely delicious with fresh vegetables - superb thank you 😊

Disappointed. Slow delivery and food delivered cold. Chicken in spring rolls and wontons but difficult to determine this from website which is an issue for pescatarians. Flavours were nice but fairly standard fayre.
