Worst customer service skills I have ever heard! Specially Lee! Needs to learn how to speak to someone correctly over the phone.

My experience of Arc's customer support was terrible. Initially, they sent me the wrong phone - why ask me which one I'd prefer if, as I'm assuming, they didn't actually have that one in stock? I contacted them and received an apology and a promise. I had to post the wrong phone back, they would refund the postage and also send me a goody bag as compensation. I returned the phone on 30th May 2017. The correct phone itself took quite a while to arrive and I eventually received the refund of postage on August 17th 2017 - two and a half months later .... and the goody bag soon afterwards. Between May and mid August, I rang and emailed over and over to ask for my refund and goody bag. (I spoke regularly with one relatively senior agent. I will save him embarrassment by not mentioning his name). He always responded with an apology and more promises ...... empty promises, over and over again. The goody bag, once it arrived, contained a variety pack of charging plugs ..... which had been tampered with. Most of the adaptors had been removed and the box had then been sticky-taped closed again. Customer service? I rest my case!

We have all our work mobiles with these guys and the service has been great along with a better price than I was paying elsewhere, what more could you want.

Lee and the team at Arc Mobile now look after our mobile phones and not only have they saved us a massive amount on our monthly bills they also provided us with a better service than our previous provider.

Very efficient and effective service which is why my company has used them for years. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Keep up the good work.
