Rude and unprofessional! Stay clear! Kindly asked him to put back together the access unit door to the boiler (that he took off), he couldn't get the hinge back on so left it and said that’s not his job. He Couldn’t be bothered to bring in his step ladder so stood on my expensive dining chair to reach the boiler.. Haroon Does half a job and I would never let this man touch a boiler! Typical south asian male who takes short cuts beware! Have reported to trading standards and the company he is contracted to for emergency call outs CET on behalf of LV insurance.

Haroon was the engineer who came out to me when I had an emergency with my boiler in the early hours of the morning. He presented himself very smartly and was very pleasant. His work was excellent, he was very helpful, and I am more than happy with the service I received. I have no hesitation in using Haroon again for any plumbing problem I may have in the future. Thank you!
