Plumb Factory Bolton

Pipe split on my boiler at home, my plumbers who were there fixing it said they would have to wait 2 days for their usual plumbers merchant to get it.😩 I rang plumb factory they had the part but at another branch, but within half an hour they’d had it brought to my local branch. Excellent service from a fabulously run family business. Definitely 5 star service ⭐️

Excellent experience withPlumb Factory. They were recommended by Plumb base when they didn't have the knowhow to help me themselves. Plumb Factory were brilliant and sorted out my problem in a couple of minutes. Good stock, friendly staff, and my new go-to place.

I have shopped in all 3 branches of Plumb Factory for years. The Bolton branch in particular is a contender for the worst branch of any shop in the UK. The staff are useless at this branch and are very passive aggressive sarcastic and patronising. This company is not awful, it's just the members of staff in this branch that are the bad eggs. My view is that the Bolton branch have been letting the Plumb Factory team down for a long time. The Bolton branch needs a shake up, new members of staff and new branch manager. I would strongly suggest to go to either the Howrich or Stockport branch instead. Both of these other branches are more helpful and treat you as a valued customer. Or my better advice is to go to Halliwell Plumbers Merchants in Bolton instead as the same product from the same supplier was £68 cheaper. And they value your custom.

I maybe a little biased being a previous staff member here. But now being a customer the past 7 months plus. I can say from my experience using other plumbing merchants as a customer. Plumb Factory Bolton are in the top of the list for customer service and product availability. Andy the newest member of staff has taken over from myself and took to the job like a duck to water. He's enthusiastic, helpful, growing his plumbing knowledge very quickly and goes above and beyond. Keep it up Andy!!

Simon and his team at Plumb Factory Bolton go above and beyond to give you a great service. A few occasions I’ve called last minute for items or quick delivery direct to site and it’s never a problem. With plenty of knowledge of plumbing u0026 heating materials and a great stock in the warehouse it’s the place to go. Always happy to return and support my local business.

We recently bought our bathroom suite from here. Great products, fantastic service and amazing turnaround times. Craig was amazing and very helpful. We were torn between a few different product styles and he was able to recommend the best fit for our needs. Cannot recommend these enough.

First time using this merchants - tried the usual suspects with no joy on a part for the toilet. Tried plumb factory and Andy offered to stay behind past closing time on a Saturday so I could bring the part to show him. Walked away with the correct part and managed to get the problem solved without waiting till Monday. Great service, especially for a first time customer and no trade account!! - will definitely be my first choice from now on! - Thanks again Andy ! 👊
