Miserable girl behind the counter. If you work in customer service, try to be a bit friendlier! Came across quite rude and abrupt and was more concerned chatting about her weekend to her colleague than serving

Massive selection, we purchased everything we came for, a tv, a printer and a coffee maker. We were able to take advantage of Curry's price matching policy and saved £70. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable as well. We will return for future purchases and we highly recommend.

Accompanied my partner who went on to spend £4k on a gaming computer and accessories - - after a 20 minute wait we were assisted by a knowledgeable young man who wrapped up the sale while other customers were clearly waiting for him - - suggest more 'specialist' staff be made available - - overall good experience

I want to tell you how about Evan who works in mobile phone section. He spent hours today sorting out the transfer of the data from my old phone on to a new phone. It did not work but he investigated why and found a solution. He is polite and very helpful nothing was too much trouble. This should be noted for his future career. I went to get a dive about built in oven , the advisor Maaera she was fantastic girl , explained to me very clearly about kinds of oven , showed me many kind of ovens they had , going beyond , giving fab information about the product and services in store , the advisor in great attitude , pleasant face polite and very tidy thanks a lot

Large store with a reasonable choice of stock on show. Staffing was somewhat short on Tuesday evening when we visited to purchase a large fridge/freezer but an extremely helpful young man (Leighton) was seconded from the customer service desk to complete the transaction assisted by Jayden from the computer area when there was an issue with ID being accepted by the finance system. Rapid delivery from stock within 48 hours - hopefully the delivery team will uphold the same high standard of service as the in-store guys.
