My laptop was incredibly slow, and would stutter and crash at even the most basic tasks - I took it into Repair IT, and now I'm honestly a little shocked at how well it runs. I'm able to play games at 60+ frames a second, while in an audio call, while streaming my screen, where beforehand, just playing a game by itself would slow my laptop down to under 10 FPS. Such a good experience at this store. The technician I saw working there is so friendly and helpful, and always ready to help fix a problem. I had problems 2 days in a row and he was incredibly nice about it and reassured me that it would be fixed. Repair was quick and easy to know when it was finished. Had a brilliant and helpful service from Nick, the main man behind the desk ! Very quick communication and mutual understanding. He was very supportive with information and helping to ease some of my concerns. I had gone in with a Dell XPS 15 laptop having RAM card issues as well as a corrupted Windows system. Was very worried. And rightfully so, the issue was actually a bit more complicated than first thoughts and Nick was amazing to fix these issues. He was very insightful into what I needed to do with backing up old files and getting the laptop ready to have windows re-installed. I couldn’t have had a better experience. And for the cost of £25-30 it saved me the potential loss of the laptop entirely(£1700) So thank you to Nick, Serious recommend !
