10-20-2023 05:07£65 fir a triple room. Service was good with tea and coffee available but room could definitely do with a makeover. Shower room was less than desirable. Black mould on tiles which just needs bleach and a toothbrush and there was a smell. Towels also had an odour. Large room with TV with lots of sockets. Curtains were slightly short and one end had come off the ring but too high too be able to reach. If you after cheap then this is ok but not for us. Sure there is better out there.

09-04-2023 08:14Myself and my husband stayed here for 5 nights .The staff (and the owners ) are very nice ,helpful(considering that was our first time in Leeds , we needed some guidance ,and got just what we needed !) The room was clean ,the area where the hotel is located is nice and quiet (if you’re looking for peace and quiet) .Free parking available too . Very close to the city (a 5min drive )15 min or so walk ,which I found great ! Gordon was our host , we’ve had lots of chats with him throughout the days, and left us with a good opinion about the city and it’s people .He also allowed us to stay in the building after the checkout ,before we left the city(considering it was a rainy day and we wouldn’t have gone until later in the day ) . We recommend the place ,money wise ,cleanliness ,and again ,if you’re looking for a quiet place !! We will be back for sure !!

09-02-2023 01:32After reading some positive reviews, I can honestly say my experience wasn't positive at all. If anything, the gentleman who was there on the day seemed in a cba mood. The most horrid thing was the bed sheets which smelt like wet dog and hadn't been washed for weeks. Good luck to anyone wanting to stay there in future

06-03-2023 02:57did not even stay and still got charged! owner and 'front of house' has a a real attitude problem. kept umming and aaring everytime i spoke to express my concerns. owner said we aint a 'fraud' business clearly u are robbing people and getting yourself justified by saying 'booking.com charge us so we charge you' i had covid hence the cancellation and £70 down for that inconvenience. Thanks A Bunch - keep the money will NEVER be using this hotel again or recommending to friends or family. stopping everything from going. get some new staff

06-01-2023 00:20Friendly, welcoming staff. The hotel offers free parking however, it only has 4 spots. My mum and I went for the weekend and we were lucky to have found a spot available. I could see it get really busy in the high season. The room B7 was really spaceous, noise free, however, the beds were not the comfiest. There was a bit of a smell from the wardrobe which seemed to persist on your clothes on the next day. :( Wi-Fi is decent and it is at an extra charge 2.50 per 24h. Decent location, I wouldn't necessarily recommend it for a long stay ( more than 2 nights).

04-13-2023 14:35stayed here for a weekend. I was looking for a nicely priced hotel which had what one needs for stay over. A bed, tidy spacious and clean room, clean bathroom and breakfast. The Brookfield hotel meets these requirements. The roomprice is very favourable, room was clean, bathroom was clean.Around the bed there is a lot of space to move and a spacious bathroom. Toilet, sink and shower, all clean.Shower is heated by a boiler,so you have to let the water run for a minute or so, and you will have good, hot shower. Towels are provided by the hotel. Personnel: friendly and down to earth, breakfast is only 3 sterling and freshly made on the spot, incuded tea or coffee. Due to the roomprice the furniture is accordingly, but still clean and tidy, so no issues whatsoever there. A busstop is about 15 yards away and line 110 stops there (coming from Leeds busstation), it is close to the Royal Armouries Museum, where I had to be that weekend. It is a nice casual stroll from the hotel to there, and there is a busstop towards the city centre on the opposite side of the road. The neighbourhood could do with development and is mainly industrial. The hotel is therefore not situated at an A One location, it stands out like a strong rock in the surf of the road and environment. There is also a Go-Kart centre nearby, a petrol station around the corner and a Tesco near the Royal Armouries Museum. Compared to other hotels: Holiday Inn Express: the Brookfield Hotel Room is of fairly comparable space. The HIE has more of a business design, the Brookfield Hotel is more personally designed, and they did a good job. The HIE is of a large chain of hotels, therefore there is more financial investment into the whole hotel. The Brookfield seems to be privately owned. IBIS Styles Leeds. The Brookfield Hotel has a way more spacious room.Breakfast in the Brookfield is english breakfast, in the IBIS Styles it is continental. Conclusion: I recommend the Brookfield hotel for people who need to stay a few nights in a tidy and spacious room (I was on my own) and whodon't want to spend a fortune on a hotelroom. It is near to different interesting facilities and the personnel is friendly. The recpetion is functional and I was received in a friendly and polite way. So a good bargain at a fair price. It does not cost a fortune.I say: 'well done!'

03-19-2023 23:26My daughter and i stayed in a twin room 21st of june for 2 nights. We arrived in leeds at 1230 and phoned to ask asked if we could drop off cases so we could go in to leeds but guy on phone said no as it wasnt 1 oclock just felt like we were bothering him so not helpful. We ended up going in later at night about 9ish a think as we spent day in leeds shopping we felt very uncomfortable. Room was clean enough but in the toilet there was a small see thro bag at side of toilet brush that had a picture of bob marley on it that had been some kind of drug in it we took pic and put back and it stayed there the both days we were staying. They never cleaned toilet the time we stayed never changed the towels replenished the toilet paper they were wet from the 1st day and never replenished the tea and coffee or milk the guy never really made you welcome not alot of conversation to us. As we left we told him that he needs to speak to cleaner and explained about the little bag as we didnt want him thinking it was us he looked abit surprised but there was no appology to us . Me personaly wouldnt go back the hotel its self was clean enough but did have a musty smell.
