Boundary Hotel

Rooms are basic and do have some issues, but the beds are comfy, and it's very cheap for a bed for the night. The staff more than make up for it very polite and helpful oh and has a bar and outside seating

Hotel was fine for what we needed (cheap, and a bed after a wedding in the area). It's in a great location for the rugby and cricket stadiums. Staff are really friendly. The room itself had enough space and had drink making facilities, biscuits, tv etc but could with a few improvements (a lick of paint, the door lock kept sticking, and the sink was cracked). The rooms have use of a few shared bathrooms. These were well stocked with toilet roll etc, but again could do with a few improvements. The room and bathrooms were all clean though. The fire alarms definitely work and are very loud as another room accidently set them off in the middle of the night (the staff member who turned them off was very apologetic to everyone about this, even though it wasn't their fault!) There's also a carpark round the back of the building which was free and handy!

This is the perfect hotel for a headingley stay. It's by no means glamorous, and is indeed a budget, basic hotel. But in times of 150£ per night average city hotel prices, it remains a breath of fresh air and sensibility. Located right next to headingley cricket ground, it's ideal for a stay in headingley, which has excellent transportation links to Leeds City center. The rooms are very basic, but everything is functional and the beds are comfortable. It's also dog friendly, with no extra charges. I strongly recommend this hotel for a stay in the Leeds area.

This hotel is perfect for visiting the city and Ruby ground as it's super close. Parking to read of the hotel. Outside seating for smoking to the front of the building. Steep stairs to the downstairs rooms so if you have mobility issues please say when booking. Clean rooms what's not to love. The staff are amazing from the minute we arrived to leaving. Had breakfast here good food Onsite bar as well

Me and 2 other friends decided to stay here and were happy to find a cheap place. However, once we arrived we found black mould covering the bathroom. There was also stale crisps under some of the beds. Checking in went well but during the evening we were yelled at by the worker (old man) who told us to 'be quiet and go back in your room.' When we tried explaining we were outside to meet a delivery driver for food he interrupted by telling us to shut up. We had been outside for just a couple minutes talking quietly to each other. The only positive about this place is the location and possibly the price. We would never consider staying here again.

Incredibly low price. So you have to take that into consideration a little cos it is a case of you get what you pay for. The room I had was tiny, but it did the job. The biggest issue for me was how dirty the floor was. In the room, in the bathroom, pretty much everywhere. It's so bad we wore our shoes whilst walking around. You don't wanna touch it barefoot. Seriously, clean the carpets it'll make the hotel 100 times better. The beds and towels and everything were spotless though. There's parking on the property which is a massive plus, and it's free so you'll save a lot of money there too. It's in a good location. And the hotel has a bar which, is surprisingly cheap, maybe the lowest prices I've ever seen. So if you like drinking, the bar is a massive plus. Tried the breakfast. Was good. The staff were incredibly friendly, probably the friendliest staff I've ever seen in any place ever. Was refreshing. So yeah, it's basically a 5/5 in most regards, but the room itself, and the shared bathroom just let it down really. Needs a good clean. Also we never got the TV to work in our room. Think it's just buggered.

Thought I had booked a private bathroom to be told no private bathrooms with three bed roomsbon expedia. Man on reception ok in check in. Bedroom was average needs a make over. The basin in the room the tap moved on the cold water one so could not turn on proper. The beds were comfy but the room stunk and was noisy with the planes going over. The shared shower room was filthy looked like pee on the floor and poo on the toilet needed a make over to. More so we waited to we got home for a shower. Will not stop again and will not recommend it to anybody. Deffinetly not a 3 star hotel by miles. Then what got me was asked for 10 pound for the dog and she was cleaner than the hotel. Very outdated the photos deffinetly out of date by far x

A lady shouting down the neighbourhood good morning housekeeping at 5:30am woke me up, and was shouted at by a few people for being obnoxious. Sort your employees out.
