staff are so slow . never even got my food I wanted . half 8 and there running out of sandwiches and don't replace them when there gone staff told me lol

Service was extremely slow. The food wasn't that hot, and the latte was warm ish. The only good thing about this place is it's cheap. I will only shop at My Loaf just up the road from now, much better quality food and service.

Friendly Staff. Great bakes and coffee.

For a new store they did really well, good time management, didn’t have to wait long to be severed and the store was clean

Friendly staff, don’t think they were at all slow and did the best they could with the number of staff they have on shift. I think people who have left a bad review need to remind themselves that we were all new once starting a job (assuming they have one) and not to be so rude.

There are much better bakeries and cafes nearby to this Greggs, which is nothing special. Poor customer service this morning when I called in (during a quiet time after the school rush was over) to ask whether they had something we’d recently left behind. There were two staff on the counter and nobody queuing behind me so one of them could easily have checked this, but was brushed off and they implied that anything left behind just goes in the bin. We won’t be back and I won’t recommend to others - sorry! Go to the excellent MyLoaf bakery or Cafe Rex down Station Road or Lews Cafe in the Hub instead.

Nice location, friendly staff , fast service, tasty food always piping hot. Haven't tried eating inside in yet .

Fri 10th March at 3-15pm. Absolutely useless staff. The poor lad was working his socks off trying to serve. Yet you see other staff members knowing it was busy (9 waiting to be served) doing sweet SOD all! Help out, its not hard! I ended up leaving and going to The Hyb around the corner for my coffee and a bite to eat. Apart from the lad serving it would seem the rest of Greggs staff couldn't care less. I'd give 0/5 Try this place, you won't be kept waiting.
