Good customer service but always seem to be out of food when I go there. I've been in the morning and afternoon but seem to be continually out of the things I like. My own personal experience, so maybe I'm just unlucky

Just grab a bacon baguette with a latte when the employee give me a latte that was already done and who knows how long been there. So now I drinking a cold latte... Next time will go to Natau0026Co at least the make the coffe infront of you and dont give you leftovers.

Staff in this shop don't know what they are doing I oaderd a festive bake and when I got home it was a steak bake. I was very disappointed with this. Staff are not trained properly and was extremely fed up with this I don't like the steak bake so I hat to throw it away. Thank Greg's you ruined my day again. This review will also be left on trust pilot.

Good food and delicious donuts and very pricey.

The staff in this Greggs are always lovely and friendly, and during my visit this morning I witnessed them getting through a busy queue quickly whilst maintaining great customer service, and I think they deserve credit for that

I'll give it a 4 because I got what I was after but, BUT, selection is limited and its in a horrible location.
