Brilliant service, I have bought all my tow bar and roof box equipment from these guys. Many times they have fixed worn parts when I had expected to change the whole thing. Service is very quick and friendly and their knowledge is second to none.

Absolutely amazing service today from Shane and his colleague. They couldn't do enough to help and their professionalism was 2nd to none. As a business owner myself, I know how important it is to make sure your customer goes away happy... I went away more than happy. Their knowledge was incredible and they were so friendly too. I had a towbar and a bike rack fitted for my X3 recently. Stumbled upon Bermick by accident but so glad I did, they were brilliant, really friendly and supplied the bike rack at a discount because I had the towbar done there. They took the time to show me (really thoroughly) how to use them both and helped me fit my bike so I could see how it all worked before I left. I thought I would forget it all but have since been able to work it easily, thanks Bermick, I'll be back!

Absolutely 5 stars. Having a tow bar fitted but I told Craig the wrong model ! He couldn’t have been nicer about it even though I am sure I messed up his schedules! Rebooked with no hassle. I would highly recommend this company.

Amazing service from Craig and the team early this afternoon. About to head off on holiday with our bikes on our camper when we realised our tailgate light board wasn't working. They tested them, found they were fine and then set about resolving the issue. We are now headed off on holiday with everything working! Thanks guys for a great, friendly service.

These guys are brilliant. I’ve had a tow bar fitted with no issues and with short notice, and they’ve just helped me with a detachable tow bar on another vehicle. I dropped in and Craig carried out a bit of work to get it all working smoothly again. They genuinely care about their customers and they didn’t charge me for this service. 100% recommend and will always be returning for any future towing needs.

I’ve just had my third tow bar fitted by Bermick plus roof bars, a roof box and cycle rack. The service has been fantastic each time, high quality work and an excellent price. I would thoroughly recommend them. Great work / service

Brilliant service. I had fitted my own towbar but needed the vehicle coding. Phoned several Vauxhall dealers who didn't know if they could do it as it wasn't a genuine Vauxhall wiring kit and said they would charge for trying even if it didn't work. Spoke to a friendly guy at Bermick on the phone who said, no problem we can do it just pop in. Job done while I waited. Done in a few minutes, for half the price that Vauxhall wanted. Thanks guys, super service.
