Unprofessional!!!!! I used them for document transaltion and they messed it up They have no idea how to run a business!!!! If you are thinking of using this company please reconsider and refrain .....they are just a waste of time and money ...

Scammers ! Still didn't pay me for jobs done in September and October. Funniest thing is they're blaming me for late timesheets when the truth is they don't give a damn about paying their interpreters. They're extremely rude with huge attitude towards you. Messy office, when you have problem nobody is responsible, double bookings are standard. Avoid !!! And as a bonus... if you're thinking about booking interpreter from PLSP.... Check interpreters DBS as they don't care about it. Even the company name is a joke. Premium language service provider... yep, poor u0026 low service provider .
