Really terrible experience. They say they have supportive tutors but actually they only provide admin support and don't teach or help you when you ask a question about the subject. One tutor said they have too many students to provide teaching or clarification on topics that you're struggling with, so they only help make study plans. The courses have lots of content missing which you don't discover until you have paid and then they won't refund you. Very argumentative company, they don't admit any mistakes, are defensive to feedback, and are generally really unhelpful.

Do not buy ICB Payroll Management I have been sent an out of date course. The assignments are copied from earlier chapters and there are incorrect answer sheets to the practice questions so there's no abililty to practice the concepts. There are references to years as early as 2019 so its impossible to tell what has actually been updated. The tutor was unable to provide basic information about the exam and marked correct answers wrong because he was confused. I made a complaint and was told they needed 28 days to investigate. We are now past that and I am being told the curriculum team needs to look into the issues. These are not complicated issues to look into and there is no timeframe being given for this. They need to refund the money they have taken because I cannot trust any of their resources. Customer support keep saying they understand my frustration but are unable to resolve this or provide contact details for someone who could.

Recently started A-levels with Oxbridge Home Learning, really great VLE with lots of resources, customer support was very good as well. Would 100% recommend.
