My Ideal Classic boiler had decided to stop working just before snow was expected. Having rung around I was struggling to get a response from any heating engineers. Well Adrian Webb was on hand and arranged to come round to assess the issue. Him and his son Harvey soon established the cause and proceeded to fix the fan which had failed. They also ran some flue tests and made sure the boiler was back to full health before leaving. A great family business and rare to find in this new world we live in!
