Yes, the waiting list is long, but that is how you know you are getting professional, responsible people genuinely trying to help you solve the problem you are faced with. In my case, a loose bath tap fitting in a very awkward place. With two previous plumbers suggesting solutions that involved creating holes in the wall behind, this time it was solved by getting in and around the other pipework. No holes, just a new fitting. Absolutely brilliant!

Work was to a high standard, and completed on time. House was left tidy at the end of each day.
