09-24-2023 17:10Lovely contemporary hotel, great food, especially breakfast, which was very filling. The executive room was reasonably spacious, though the mattress was not very comfortable, and the bathroom, although very clean and tidy, it was quite compact. The room phone was not upgraded to their new network, so we couldn't call reception on the extn we were given. Though it did work for normal calls. Staff were all very helpful and polite, sorting an issue with our TV very quickly after we checked in. Absolutely perfect location if going to a show at St Georges Hall as it's literally next door. Generous amount of parking is available behind the hotel at £5 a night. Definitely consider staying again if in Bradford.

08-23-2023 02:59Central position, right next to town centre with it's own parking. Great Victorian style old building with large corridors and majestic doors, comfortable rooms and nice bathrooms with modern showers. Not air conditioned so if it's a very hot day, can struggle. Venue for small weddings and parties too..

08-14-2023 16:28I attended a conference here and was disappointed to find there was no disabled parking attached to the hotel. The room used for the conference was crammed full of tables (the room's capacity had been shared with the conference organiser) and this made it difficult to manoeuvre on crutches or in a wheelchair. Would recommend at least 2 fewer tables.

08-07-2023 07:27We recently got married at the hotel and it honestly couldn't have been any better! All the staff were so friendly and helpful. They made sure we had everything we needed and it ran just how we wanted it to. In particular I would like to say a massive thank you to Dan and Robert who went over and above to ensure our day was perfect. It was such a bonus on the day to have all our guests coming up to us to say, what an amazing wedding and it's the best wedding I've ever been to. These comments were specifically due to the hotels attention to detail in the planning, preparation and delivery of our wedding. I would not hesitate to recommend them for your special day. 😁⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

08-02-2023 21:17We recently had our wedding here and cannot speak highly enough of the staff, quantity of food and overall service. From the outside you might not appreciate the potential being next to the courts and bus/train station but once in you would never know they were there and what they did to the rooms for the wedding was incredible. Dan and Robert along with the rest of the staff were fantastic, absolutely everyone commented on how nice the food was and the breakfast the following day was also good. Our room was veery special being the penthouse but other rooms we visited were also nicely done and roomy along with being clean and great facilities. It was easy to find, good parking facilities and overall have to give it a 10 out of 10 - Well done and will not be forgotten!

07-18-2023 13:14Well placed hotel for city centre activities, directly next door to St George's Hall. Stayed one night with a late book in. Bloke on reception was a bit of a surly fella and wasn't exactly forthcoming with information e.g. when breakfast was, check out times etc. However, this was made up for by the cheerful u0026 informative girl on the desk the next morning at checkout. There was an event going on and for some reason, when it was finished and clear-up began, all the used glasses from the function room were brought through and dumped on the bar in the public bar area for the bar staff to wash. This did not make for a pleasant backdrop for other drinkers in the bar and I did feel sorry for the two staff trying to work their way through dozens of glasses to wash whilst serving customers in the bar.
