a bad night in my life. I can not sleep. too noisy, at 2am there was screaming and arguing, at 4am there was a constant sound of doors opening and closing, they talked in the hallway all night, the room had an unpleasant smell, was damp, stuffy. I paid for 2 nights, but I had to leave early in the morning after a terrible night

Good location. Rooms not sound proof at all. Sounded like the studios for p**nhub. Rooms smelt of damp Mould on the walls The floor would of been more comfortable than the bed.

Booked this place as one of our team members had training in Liverpool, so was staying for 11 nights. We booked this hotel due to the location, however that seemed to be the only positive. The shower was broken, so it only ran very hot water, and the TV did not work properly - these are all things that the company should check before checking someone in, surely? The WIFI was also not working, could have been due to being in a room that was 2 floors underground - something we were also not aware of, we only knew the rooms had no windows. Our team member also let us know that at night time, there would be drunk people walking down the corridor and knocking on doors. Management need to get a better grip of the controls and measures in place at this hotel, as people come there to enjoy their stay and not be disturbed late at night. Safe to say, we wanted our team member out of the hotel as quickly as possible, we did not want her there for the remaining time she was in Liverpool. So after spending only 1 night here, we cancelled her booking and made a reservation elsewhere, where everything works, is clean, and is peaceful. We only got a 50% reduction, which meant we spent over £300 for 1 nights stay, not the best service but also worth mentioning we will never be booking this for one of our team members again.

I stayed here for two nights. The room was clean and well equipped. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is quite close to the city centre which was very convenient.

Let's start with the location. I don't know the city so I didn't know that this is located on some dirty back road off the beaten path. The man checking me in was great but Apparently their systems didn't work. I was given a room down 2 flights of stairs but when I open the door the room is an absolutely dirty and hadn't been cleaned since the last check out. Instead of hauling my luggage back up stairs I just left it. I returned to the check in and the man apologized and got me set up in another room and walked be down to verify it was clean. 1 flight up so I had to go get my luggage and carry it up. A bit of a hassle but not a big problem. I just dumped my bags and went back out for dinner straight away so I didn't notice several things until the next morning. The linens weren't so clean. I think they are just stained and they didn't want to throw them out. The pillow, sheet and the towel was the worse of all. See the pic. It's horrible!. I was out for the day and after walking 6 miles I go down the stairs to my room and the key card doesn't work. So back up again to check in to get the card reactivated. Finally back in the room. The positive was that the A/C works really well. It's a small room so it gets nice and cold. The bed was passable but you can feel every spring in it. The staff seem to be the best part of this place. This doesn't seem to be a disability friendly location either. Stairs to get into the lobby and multiple flights of stairs to the rooms. There are lots of doors slamming in the morning and it's a small place so it's very loud. Don't plan on sleeping in late. Wi-Fi is spotty at best. I had to use my phone data and a VPN to get decent service. I should have looked closer at what and where I was staying but I didn't do a deep dive. My fault on that. I would not stay here again and I wouldn't recommend you. staying here.

Stayed there last night room 112, great hotel, room was incredibly spacious and ventilated, plenty of natural sunlight from window, a nice low down comfy bed, could easily sleep five or six in this room

the location is great, all good... anyway the wifi didnt exist. although is written on the site they have WiFi connection, they technically don't. there are actually two WiFis but no one works, i asked the girl in the reception but she literally told me it was my problem. not very welcoming staff, terrible connection; fix it or just don't write u have wifi🙃

Stained duvet cover, hairs on mattress and random stuff under the bed. Noisy bathroom fan that would not turn off and various flickering lights. All in all a terrible night's sleep.
