Tune Hotel

Really great stay! The staff were absolutely lovely, location was ideal for shopping, the docks and just getting around the place. The actual hotel rooms were basic but comfortable and the air conditioning was a huge plus. Would happily stay again :)

The attention of the staff was nice and polite. Locations is great, near a great nightlife and food choices, but too much noise if you want to rest. The room conservation Is Terrible! I can't even remember the last time I got such a bad room. If you want to party in Liverpool, and is not looking for nice rooms, this might be your choice.

You can’t beat the location but the room was not up to standard. Two lights constantly flickered and was unusable, the bathroom door wouldn’t close properly and the electric lock wouldn’t lock so we ended up having to get a key, the male receptionist was unhelpful to the point of being rude, I asked for him for the lights to be sorted but he couldn’t be bothered and told me it would take a few days to change two bulbs. Yes it’s a budget hotel but far too many things wrong to make it a pleasant experience.

I stayed one night with my daughter, we were happy with the room especially for what we paid for, location was very central. Staff were very polite and helpful. They even borrowed me a phone charger- thank you! The only thing I have to mention is to get the air conditioning fixed/working as it gets too stuffy in the room. I would recommend Tune hotel - basic, clean, comfortable and cheap! 🤩

Two ladies at reception were lovely and the location was perfect, right in the centre of city. However, the condition of the room was appalling. All four walls had very questionable stains (including in the bathroom). There was a horrible smell coming from the room that we couldn’t figure out what it was. Couldn’t open any of the windows and the heat was stifling. The other guests we meet along the way seemed more on the dodgy side and as two young women we felt very unsafe in general staying there for our trip. We checked out after 15 minutes. Disappointed with the price we payed for our stay. We moved to the Hilton instead who welcomed us in straight away. Will not be returning to the tune hotel.

Great location. Just outside the noise of the main strip but close enough to walk to all the main areas. Great bars and restaurants on the road too. Rooms are neat, simple and comfortable. All you need for a night in the city. Would stay here everytime. 24hr staff and they were all extremely helpful and friendly.

Hotel is not bad. Location is great but it comes at the cost of the hotel being very loud. This hotel has so much unused potential sadly. Room was average enough and for the price you genuinely can get better. Staff are nice though:)

Tuesday 3rd October 2023 This hotel was used it is ideal for James Street Station Room 403 was ideal for a 1 night stop Bed comfy Does not have coffee facilities. The bathroom is ideal with plenty of towels The room was clean and well laid out. Would use this place again when in Liverpool Receptionist helpfull today also with queeries asked
