Halfords - Sheff Queens (Sheffield)

Excellent service! I took my bicycle for a free service I booked easily online, and so expected just a look over and to come back another time, paying for any additional repair. However, I was seen to straight away, and the service was complete within half an hour - brakes readjusted and wheels pumped up, free of charge. I'm a pleased customer, and will go here for all things to do with my bike from now on.

Waited 30 minutes to have a wiper blade fitted. The shop wasnt that busy and when I approached staff to ask when it would be fitted they weren't aware that I was waiting. Not sure what the system is but the communication on fittings failed on that day.

Absolutely shocking. Took my kids bike to be fixed.only to be told thers no one in today who can repair it🤔 tried telling me I had to pay them £30 for them to tell me what was wrong with the bike🤣 but I'd already told him I new what was up with it and just wanted it fixing.then changed his tune to you have to book an appointment online😂😂😂 well I never. Thanks to j e James cycles who fixed it the same morning 😂😂😂😂😂 jokers at Halfords

Recieved an email saying my item was ready for collection but upon arrival was told it was out of stock by a very helpful man. Lack of communication was very unprofessional.

I took my bike in because my chain had snapped. I was expecting to wait for ages, but the machanic guy said it'll take about 10 minutes to replace the cain and sort my gears out. It did! No messing about. He was really friendly and we had a bit of a chuckle as well. It cost less than I was expecting too. I'd definitely use them again.
