Camden High Street Dental Practice

I've had great experience with the practice. One of my fillings had broken off and was pushed into the gum. I needed quick treatment and called many dentists. This was the only practice that could provide me with a timely appointment. Kiran went to lengths finding the soonest possible slot for me because I also searched for NHS treatment. I've had the appointment today, everything went well: welcoming atmosphere, everybody was friendly and competent and I've had excellent treatment from Dr. Aria who removed the stray filling and completed a new one on the spot. This he did with a lot of care and took quite some time to explain the procedure to me as well as provide recommendations for the future. I have had a perfect experience and will come back whenever I need treatment again. Thank you to the team!

Recently needed a new dentist after both moving and my last practise closing. After spending ages trying to find somewhere that would accept NHS patients, I was happy to get an appointment so quickly after getting on the waitlist. Everyone was really lovely, especially Kiran at reception. I had a great check up with the dentist, who was very good at communicating any problem areas to me in a way that made sense (sorry I didn’t catch the name but the doctor and assistant in treatment room 3). I was also able to get a hygienist appointment with Marlena same day who similarly was very communicative. Overall a really great experience.

Highly recommended, I wouldn’t want to go to any other dental practice! Kiran has literally made my year when she called to inform me that I have cleared the waiting list to see an NHS dentist! I saw Dr Sharam who is an amazing dentist, yes I had an issue after one of the double molar extractions that I had done, however, all it took was one phone call and Louise fitted me in same day and Dr Sharam has sorted it all out. I have received the best service and excellent care, I really couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you team, keep it up!

My family and I have been attending this dental practise for years, despite the negative experience that others have shared with us and we've had a good run of lovely dentists' but the rudeness, pretentiousness and snobbery of some of the reception staff can be unbearable. I had a call from a receptionist today who explained that my children's upcoming appt had been cancelled and needed to be rescheduled as the dentist was off sick, which is fair enough but she was so rude and short on the phone that I was absoloutely astounded. Unfortunately I didn't get her name as I was so taken aback but it's not the first time we've had this experience whether face to face or on the telephone and I'm sure it won't be the last for many which is a shame as its one of our local dentists' and it would be an inconvenience to change practise because of this issue.

I had a wonderful experience getting a filling replaced here. When I made my initial appointment on the phone with Kiran she was incredibly helpful and gracious in helping me get an appointment when I had been searching for weeks and she completely made my day. The dentist was kind and professional and I'm really happy with the work so far. I'd definitely recommend this practice to others if you're looking for a place with friendly staff and a calm professional atmosphere.

Made me feel great and welcomed very nice staff kind to my daughter and family in general. Got my teeth filled. There are two ladies at reception Shahina and Louise they are extremely helpful and kind they have always managed to make me feel comfortable and Hellenes me in anyway possible. I have been coming to this dentist for the past 6 years or more and I will always come back as they are so great. I mean cost wise it’s worth it as we all need out teeth for life. And I will always recommend my dentist to anyone I know I already have registered my mum, daughter and husband here. And like I said I will always come back.

Got told I had to go private as it was a “big” job. Almost a grand later told me it may not be a permanent fix. Just got a check up by a new dentist and he said the work done on my teeth is shocking. This place bridged two of my fillings together, which means if one needs fixing they both do. Should have gone to the other one on Camden high street. Lesson learnt. You can tell the environment of this place just by the person in charge of responding to the reviews, no consideration taken for negative reviews just lash back, what a place.
