Place should be shut down absolutely ridiculous just brought 8 dvds yesterday not one of them works just robbing customers staff are rude and don't take any care it's like they don't want to be there I want a full refund won't ever be back 8 unworking movies is past a joke

THEIR WARRANTY IS A LIE and their sales practices are extremely misleading. Their sales assistant recommended a fitbit versa 3 to me specifically for swimming in. It cost me £130 which is a lot for a second hand watch. They didn't mention when I brought the fitbit they recommended for swimming that it would void the warranty. However when the faulty item they sold me stopped working they told me that when I swam in it the warranty was voided. Customers should be aware that they will take your money by any means and have no intention of honoring any warranty. Their sales practices are intentionally misleading and I am sending my complaint to trading standards next.

They say that they don't sell scratched disks but I have had a few I had to return then they argue with you when asking for a refund

Very useful service provided by these stores. Allows us to recycle while we upgrade devices. Quite long queues so it takes a while to get served, especially Saturdays it seems. Wide range of devices: phones, tablets etc. Best deals when you part exchange (i.e. get a voucher for what you are selling instead of cash).

Terrible customer service and rude staff member.
