Couldn’t have had a better experience. Rang up a few shops to help me but they didn’t want to know and wanted to make extortion money. Made a call to phone link and was ready to help me on the get go. Went in and had amazing customer skills, helped me on every step and made me feel so comfortable. Sorted me out on a iPhone 14 pro max, got a screen protector for free and offered a case too. I was having issues with my old phone after having it repaired at another shop. I was having a problem connecting with my network due to the other repair I had done so I was looking for someone else to put things right. I saw that Phone Link was open just after the closing time and I found the shop owner really helpful and friendly. He found the problem with my old phone that hadn't been repaired properly and because my old phone was in need of replacement, I upgraded to a much better and newer model for a very reasonable price. The shop owner even stayed open later to transfer all my numbers, contacts and other things to my new phone of which I was most grateful for. I would highly recommend Phone Link to anyone and from now on I will use their Services in the future for any other problems I have with my mobile.

I took my iPhone 12 here front LCD screen display has issues and the back of the phone was smashed. We agreed on a price and he said True Tone and Face ID will work. So I went ahead everything looked okay. Until I started to use the phone Battery dies quick I use to charge the phone once a day now I’m charging it multiple times and the phone over heats and I get temperature warning. Ii tried calling the telephone but wouldn’t go through. I wouldn’t recommend to go hear if you have an iPhone

I initially walked into this store to purchase a new phone case, I was greeted by the store owner who was extremely professional and polite. I felt very welcome in the store. Not only did I leave the store with a shiny new phone case I was assisted with a telephone data transfer and set up ! I am beyond amazed at the level of exceptional customer service I have experienced during my visit ! Very professional and knowledgeable a godsend for a technophobe like myself !
