Took my phone into this shop they fixed it couple days later it broke again tried to say I didn’t take my phone into here so they wouldn’t repair it under they guarantee wouldn’t recommend this place try to make all sorts of excuses up

SCAMMERS AND FRAUDSTERS. My father went there to buy a phone he asked to see an iPhone 11 Pro Max 256gb (550£ ) then the guy there made him an offer of (450 £ ) for that iPhone but after he sold him the same size iPhone but 64gb. My father was so happy with the price and he made a mistake not checking the receipt he only saw the phone description pasted at the back of the phone. We notice in the same day and when we came back for refund he wanted to sell us the same iPhone that we asked about (256gb) for 50 £ more. I even filled an online police report. This people are actual fraudsters. They think that this Pakistan and they can scam people very easily. Don’t buy from them.

Superb service - quick, and able to fix my phone without much hassle, despite the model being not so common. I had been to three other stores prior, none were as welcoming as Anjum, nor could any of them help with my issue. I trust that I can come back if I have almost any other issues. Furthermore, he gave some good advice for where I can get help for other services, and I noticed he help other customers with the same enthusiasm.

I visited Gadget Swap to get my Google pixel 4A fixed because the screen cracked due to a fall. I had excellent service. The phone was fixed within a few hours and the price was great too. Recommended!

Awful shop, lack of honesty to customers. Lies about genuinity of products and then won't provide a simple refund.

PLEASE GUYS, avoid this filthy shop they are professional scammers. Utterly complete losers. Fixed My iPhone 12 pro max and next day screen was hanging out. Went the next day and they go your phone is out of warranty. Even though got it fixed 24 hrs ago.
