With its drawn back position in Leeds CC, there is no other Coffee Shop to go to than Costa for that perfect brew of Latte or Cappuccino. Yes, there are other Costa's, though change is good, especially if you can't get into any of the others. With warm, friendly and helpful staff - as in all the other's - it is always a good pit stop before visiting the Vue Cinema or shopping at the top end of the city centre. Lands Lane Costa Coffee Shop is always busy, though by chance or by luck, every visit has had at least 2 or 3 tables free. Highly recommended.

I asked for a cheese and onion lattice was first given a cake then a chicken lattice finally got what I asked for prepared, offered a coffee which I declined so the server started to make me a coffee and asked me if I wanted latte or cappuccino , went to pay saw the chicken lattice rung through challenged it was told that there was a chicken lattice in the bag ! There wasn't. Every one can have a bad day at work but training should start before serving customers .

We ordered some drinks and the gentleman was really helpful. However we witnessed the lady with brown hair been really rude to him. When he said he had rectified the milk we wanted as she got our order wrong, she said oh whatever to him and kept stating how she doesn't want to work there with a rude attitude in front of customers. Attitude problem. Sort it out.

Absolute great little coffee shop, amazing staff and always welcoming and friendly perfect for a nice treat to your day or to meet up with your loved ones or friends... pictured is a popcorn frappé xxxx

Went in here with my lad yesterday (31/12/21), there were 3 people in front of us in the queue. yet it took 15 minutes to be served, people joining the queue after us were leaving when they could see how slow service was, just one girl behind the counter doing near enough everything on her own, the lad that was there with her looked like it was his 1st day on the job, all he did was take the order u0026 payment, it seemed that actually getting an order together was not his job, the girl never stopped, I felt sorry for her, there were 2 girls in the back room marked 'Private' on the door, I'm guessing that they were there to clean the tables u0026 wash up, the 2 girls walked into the place just as we sat down, looked like they'd been on a dinner break, but only one of them popped back out of that room twice, once to clear a table u0026 once to plonk a tray of clean plates u0026 glasses down near the counter, at which point the only girl that was doing anything quickly grabbed the tray u0026 put the stuff in their designated areas behind the counter, no doubt she would have been on the same rate of pay as the rest of them, yet everyone else there seemed to be on an easy ride. I'll be watching out for more staff behind the counter before I go in here again.

It's costa coffee, the food and drink is what it is. The staff here though were very polite and friendly. The only downside was the fan was on, on a very cold and wet day

I usually go to Costa coffee in every city I visit. But this branch is very special because of the 2 ladies working there in the morning. Absolutely brilliant service, they give a very friendly and lovely vibe to the atmosphere. they also seem to recognise the regular customers and greet them with warmth.

Popped in for a takeaway coffee on my lunch, they were quick and friendly. Nothing really to complain about! Costa Coffee’s large are much bigger than other chains in the area.
