Victoria Court Suites - Aberdeen

No elevator. It was difficult to reach the second floor with 3 luggage. However there is in the room a small kitchen which compensate the second floor. Quiet hot room without AC. Window is relatively difficult to open die to extended kitchen plate.

Not very satisfied. Access to the top floor suite, not comfortable, as there is no lift in the building. Condition of the room not exceptional, as everything is old and worn, the bed is bad and very uncomfortable, it’s a couch switched in bed. Bathroom non quite comfortable, the shower can’t be closed completely and the sink it was clogged. The view from the balcony is very nice, even if it was full of cigarette butts scattered all over the floor. The location is central but it is in a very rough area of u200bu200bAberdeen.

Me u0026 my wife stayed in room 11 while attending a concert at the Pu0026J venue. Perfectly located in the city centre with everything you need around you. The room was cosy u0026 very clean u0026 well worth the climb upstairs but we're used to that as we stay in a top floor flat. The host even left a complimentary bottle of red wine out for our arrival but we didn't drink it as me u0026 my wife don't drink red wine! But it's a nice added touch for anyone who does enjoy red wine. A great parking space was given to us by the host at a cost but it was a lot cheaper compared to other parking spaces around the area u0026 it was only a 10-minute walk to the apartment. The car was very safe as the multistorey car park had CCTV u0026 was manned 24 hours a day u0026 we could come u0026 go as we pleased as the cost covered 70 hours for which we pre-booked u0026 paid for using the Your Parking Space app so no need for a ticket u0026 no need to stop to give details, just drive in at your pre-booked time then come u0026 go as you please until your booking finishes.

Not great stay. Location is very central however, this is a rougher part of Aberdeen. Won’t go too much into it but the other end of Union road is better. The entrance is not so clean but the rooms are. One issue was that I was in room 2 which is situated in the lower base floor, this made the room extremely cold and could not get any heating to work. No view either with it being in the lower base level. The shower controls had been fitted upside down so, did take a minute or two to work out why the shower was so cold. Got the hang of it it the end.

From booking to leaving our host Stephen was in regular contact. Directions to the suites were spot on. Links to booking the car park were a particularly nice touch as was the bottle of red on arrival. A fan was provided to keep us cool at night and an iron and board were also available. The shower was hot and powerful just what you need. Its really close to all the pubs, clubs and restaurants, and there is a taxi rank right outside. The suite we had was clean, comfortable and an ideal base for exploring Aberdeen. I wholeheartedly recommend this place and thank our host for his attention to detail. I will definitely be using them again

It was a studio but a rather nice one and very well priced. Communication with the host was excellent. The location is fabulous. So many wonderful buildings in easy reach and you can walk to the beach if you fancy a bit of exercise. There are 3 supermarkets and numerous small food shops nearby. And pubs! Can't praise it enough tbh.

Really nice and quiet stay in the heart of Aberdeen. The check-in was so easy and the room is big. Bathroom was very clean and spacious. Stephan is a great host!
