Absolute rubbish. Everything I ordered on the Heinz offer conveniently substituted this morning so then not on Offer. You have a van in the car park To do collections. Poor show will never return

How do Sainsbury's justify this, a plastic men's comb for £4! Outrageous. Shouldn't you be looking after your customers, not fleecing them. I went to home bargains and got a 2 pack for 49p

The staff are great and would give 5 stars, plenty of parking, bit expensive, but the real let down is the fruit and vegetables. I can go for a few of these items, they are available, but I come away with none. Poor quality and way past their sell by date, this review is not based on one experience it is over a long period and several visits. Peppers that are so small and often have started to go soft and wrinkly, spring onions that are slimy and fit for the composter. Browning bananas, furry blueberries etc etc, it is an insult to local shoppers that Sainsbury think this is acceptable.

2 people on the check out,1 a trainee under 18 so needed the supervisor to ok certain sales. Supervisor not very responsive when she was called for. Long que, I was going to walk out and leave the trolley but it wasn't the till operator to blame it was the supervisor. Looking for black pepper, looked in the obvious place, nothing. Asked a member of staff they informed me that I was the 20th person to ask the same question that day. They walked me to nother part of the store to find a rack with salt and pepper on it and only their own brand of herbs and spices. Sainsbury's is or has become a very poor copy of Aldi but poor service and the quality of their own brand poor. Worth crossing the road to Aldi better quality at half the price and great service

After 30+ years of using this store, they have ruined the experience. It is a basic human right that I don’t have to give personal details to buy food surely, to exercise that right I now have to pay a premium. I don’t want to be a part of the Nectar programme as it asks for unnecessary personal details such as phone number and date of birth. Because I refuse to give these details I now pay a premium for food that is already expensive. This is a slap in the face for honest consumers who just want to buy food without being profiled. I will not be blackmailed. Just because other stores are doing it, it does not make it right. I will no longer use this store and explore the legalities of it as it feels like discrimination to me.

Went to get a big shop today and came away empty handed. Fruit u0026 meat mostly 2days to best before date. Shop looks untidy, low or no stock on regular basis. Left my trolly down the last isle u0026 came home.

Large store with.a good range of products, I understand the Pharmacy is closing, Sainsbury's over the counter medicines will still be available. Accessibility - good, electronic doors, wide aisles, car parking and toilet for the disabled. Staff - friendly and helpful. Toilet - including for parents and the the disabled.
