I expect a better service when im spending hundreds. Young staff couldn't care less. Walk past and ignore you. Take absolutely ages at checkouts without a care in the world. Manager no where to be seen. Better off in leeds

Me and my boyfriend went in today and it was busy but not many people asking for shoes. We asked a woman with brown hair if she could get a size for me to try on. It was like it was a question she'd never been asked before and she asked really? Yes really I want to try them on. She huffed about, got them staired at me whilst trying them on. We did at the start say we would like both pairs of size 5. So she said can you ask someone else because I already got you these pair. We left the shop if its too much trouble then don't have our money. On the way out my boyfriend was looking at some shoes and he asked a guy that was close about the shoes. Another reply with a sigh and said can you not try this sample one on. We had enough and left. Like what is wrong with people. I get it will be stressful but we weren't rude or demanding and were happy to just wait. Rubbish experience.
