Iceni visited via British Gas. Quote given. Appointment made to come back knowing I had no heating or hot water. Simply didn’t turn up!!! Tried calling and leaving messages with no response! Pretty poor!

Booked an agreed date and time to cut off a gas pipe, service a boiler, never turned up, won't respond to msgs or calls. Total waste of time and completely unprofessional. Update. In reply....I spoke to you directly via local heroes when you called me, and if no boiler service was mentioned, how did you quote £60 plus £24 for a service kit and you can do it in same visit as pipe cut off?? Review stays as its truthful thank you.

Booked through Local Heroes and Alan was quick to get a quote. Once I'd accepted Alan was able to come round a couple of days later and sorted the problem at a fair price. Top notch service.

Alan is very friendly and helpful. He is professional on what he does and he doesn't seem to be fazed by any task he is presented with. No matter how busy he is he always make time to fit you in. We are glad that we found Alan and he will be our plumber for many many years to come. He is highly recommended.

Great service and very prompt response. Good service and will be getting him back to do some more work. Very reasonable price and I'm very pleased I got him ti do the work.
